Exchange & Return Policy for Vogue Cartz

At Vogue Cartz, we prioritize your satisfaction and aim to provide a hassle-free shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return or exchange under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Time Frame: You can request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Non-Returnable Items:
    • Custom-made or personalized items.
    • Products purchased on sale or clearance.

2. Return & Exchange Process

  • Initiate a Request: Contact our customer service via email (voguecartz@gmail.com) or WhatsApp (+91-7683023897) with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
  • Pickup & Inspection: Our logistics partner will pick up the item within 1-3 business days. Upon receipt, the product will go through a quality inspection.
  • Approval & Next Steps: If the product passes the inspection, we will process your exchange or refund accordingly.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference.
  • Processing Time:
    • Once approved, the refund will be initiated within 2-3 business days.
    • It may take an additional 5-7 business days for the amount to reflect in your bank account, depending on your bank/payment provider.
  • Refund Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been successfully processed.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Returns: A return shipping fee of ₹150 will be deducted from your refund.
  • Exchanges: The first exchange is free. Subsequent exchanges for the same order will incur additional shipping fees.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

6. Important Notes

  • Items without original tags or packaging or those that appear used or washed will not be accepted for return/exchange.
  • We reserve the right to reject returns or exchanges if the conditions are not met.
